Executive Cleaning &
Restoration believes that a healthy home
starts with clean carpets. Nothing cleans more
thoroughly, or protects your investment better than
the Carpet steam cleaning method, also known as hot
water extraction. It is the preferred carpet
cleaning method recommended by most carpet
manufacturers, including Shaw Industries, the
largest manufacturer of carpet in the world.
We offer professional
Truck-powered steam cleaning of your carpet. With
our state-of-the-art equipment we use 200+° water
temperatures and up to 600 pounds of pressure that
is thoroughly rinsing your textiles and removing the
toughest ground-in-soil.
Vacuuming frequently will
remove most of the dry particle soil from your
carpet and upholstery; however, vacuuming alone will
not keep them looking like new. It is necessary to
clean your carpets every 12-15 months, depending on
each households needs Homeowners with pets and small
children should clean more often then the elderly.
Even if your carpet doesn't look dirty, just think
about what's in your carpet: dust particles, cooking
oils, dust mites, pet and human hair, dead skin,
pollen and other air pollutants. Everything in the
home's air settles in your carpet and on your
upholstery.
Dye Removal
Dyes are found in many
beverages that we drink like Kool-aid for
example. Unfortunately these dyes do not
normally rinse right out of the carpet with
the normal cleaning process. Instead we must
use a special dye removal process that
transfers the dye form the synthetic carpet
fibers to an absorbent cotton towel. While
this process is not always 100% effective we
can normally remove 85%-95% of the dyes. Our
success also depends upon whether or not
other spotting products were used prior to
our arrival.
Dye removal is not
considered to be part of the "normal
cleaning process" and is charged
accordingly. |
